GPS jammers illegality

GPS jammers illegality
In connection with the strengthening of GPS positions due to expanding the area of its application, recently the U. S. Security services came on the goal of fighting with the dissemination of GPS blockers (applications that jam the work of GPS-based devices) for the support of various services. That concept seemed to be superior persuading Google to bound the Internet searching of GPS blockers, according to Bob Brewin, the lead developer of nextgov.com, this concept worked at least for some time.
On April, 7 a main editor, who had been studying the GNSS problems for many years, was effacted with the number of references in his blog, which Google found on request "GPS jammer" (GPS jamming signal). Brewin immediately connected with the guys from Google. They reported that "The GPS-jammers’ references contradict to the company policy, which bans advertising of hacking and some suitable technology", and that they will eliminate the problem. Indeed, the searching on request "GPS jammer" have no effect in the evening. But on request "GPS jammer" with note "Shopping" Google found three ad references on the GPS-jammers’ sites.
And there was a great number of web-sites about these blockers in other search engines. In Feb, during the conference British expert David Last informed how he reached 185 thousands backlinks on that request. The amount of GPS-jammers’ sites increased by 50% just in a month. The limitation of search of the exact phrase "gps jammer" by Google will remove about 106000 links – but it is a poor relief.
